Biometric Clocks

Q: What happens if I cannot use the finger that was enrolled in the clock?

A: You can add up to 10 fingers to the clock. Also, if the fingerprint isn’t acceptable, the unit will take a picture, and the picture can be activated as a clock in.

Q: I have employees who are constantly working on the field. How can they register the worked hours?

A: Our biometric units are portable, they can be connected to a car charger. We also offer the DigiPuncher Mobile App, which is very secure. This application uses the cellphone GPS to register the employee coordinates.

DigiPuncher System

Q: The person who received training is no longer working with us; what are the costs for training new personnel?

A: Training is unlimited, there are no additional costs for training, it’s included in the monthly service fee.

Q: Is the system updated with the January 26, 2017 Law No. 4, Ley de Transformación y Flexibilidad Laboral?

A: Our system is up to date with all the labor laws of Puerto Rico. It is highly flexible and can be adjusted to labor laws of other countries.

DigiPayroll System

Q: Does your Payroll service include filling of the Quarterly tax forms (state and federal)?

A: Not at this moment. Our system generates several reports that can be used for filling these forms. We are working on some updates so that the system can fill them automatically.

Costs

Q: Are there any extra costs for additional users?

A: No. The monthly service fee is per clock unit, there are no additional cost for the T&A system, users, training, support, reports or exports.

Q: Are there any costs for equipment repair or replacement?

A: The warranty only excludes: theft, vandalism, human accident or natural disaster. Any other service required is included in the monthly service fee.

Q: What are the costs associated with contract cancellation?

A: No contract is required to sign up. The client is free to cancel anytime without any penalties. Our service is guranteed.
